Victor Diaz leads the work, and the approach has stayed the same: show up, pay attention, and do the job properly.

Since 1987
Diaz Gardening & Landscaping has cared for yards in and around Pasadena since 1987. It is a family business, and Victor Diaz leads the work. We aim to do each job properly and check it before we leave.
Many of the yards we look after are older gardens with mature trees, long hedges and beds that have been planted over the years. Those yards reward patience. We take the time to learn what is already growing before we change anything.
How we work
Listen first
You tell us what bothers you about the yard and what you want it to feel like. We ask questions and look around before we suggest anything.
Say plainly what it needs
We explain what we would do, what can wait and what is outside what we do. If a job is better suited to a specialist, such as a very large tree, we say so.
Do the work properly
The crew trims, clears and tidies with the right tools for the job, and edges and paths are swept before we go.
Leave it clean
Cut material is bagged and taken away, so you are left with the result and not the pile.
